Soda.tv made a 24 videos campaing for Zuzenean
Zuzenean is a service for Citizen Attention of the Basque Government which aims toprovide information and transactions facilitate any administrative service.
To get that point of connection between citizens and administration, we have developed a campaign consisting of a total of 24 videos, 12 in Spanish and 12 in Euskera, which isguiding the user through all the steps you must follow to apply for support , fellowships and grants. Thus, the main advantage of this communication is that users can performtransactions electronically without having to go outside.
It’s another example of how institutions can use video to communicate more efficiently.
